This was our last trip in my father in law’s company, it was a weekend to celebrate his birthday in 2007. Exactly an year latter his died of cancer. For this reason Portmeirion became a very special place for us. We are planning to come back there this year, and I will this time take more care of my pictures.

Some say some French people came here for their Holidays, years ago, and they loved so much Blackpool Tower that they have it replicated in their own town Paris.

Summer 2006, it was a very strange time. My mother had passed away early that year, and I was not in the mood for celebrating anything. But people carried on living their lives, as always, and sometimes you have to just accept that even though you feel as if you are the saddest person in the world, for some it is time to celebrate, and you just have to fake a smile and go on.

Summer 2006, it was a very strange time. My mother had passed away early that year, and I was not in the mood for celebrating anything.
